Tile Fix 10

AT-TILE FIX 10 is a ready-to-use cementitious, waterproof, self cured tile adhesive. AT-TILE FIX 10 has good adhesion and water resistant properties which is not affected by the presence of moisture.

  • AT-TILE FIX 10 is suitable for interior and exterior bonding of most basic types of Ceramic wall and floor tiles bonded to concrete cementitious screeds, brickwork, block work and where surfaces are rigid and exhibit some surface texture porosity.
  • AT-TILE FIX 10 is suitable for thick or thin bed tile installation.

  • AT-TILE FIX 10 is especially suited to high performance situations. Key benefits are:
    • Ready-to-use, only water needs to be added
    • Gives stronger bond than conventional cement-sand mortar
    • Self-curing
    • Since AT-TILE FIX 10 is polymer modified hence it has high waterproofing properties
    • Wetting of tiles is not required
    • Chloride free

  • Surface to be treated; should be sound and free from any contaminations.
  • After preparation of the surface, it should be wetted to make a saturated surface dry condition.
  • After mixing AT-TILE FIX 10 in the ratio of 3:1 (AT-TILE FIX 10 : WATER) a thin bed of approximately 3 mm is applied and spread with a notched trowel.
  • The tile is to be placed firmly into position by twisting action.
  • Excess adhesive from the tile surface should be removed using damp cloth.
  • The concrete has to be cured for a minimum of 3 days by wet gunny bag or ponding with water.
