DESCRIPTION:
AT-EPOZINC is an epoxy resin based high pigmented, zinc rich primer.
USES:
- AT-EPOZINC is recommended as a protective coating or as a primer for:
- Penstocks
 - Steel tanks
 - Radial gates
 - As an anticorrosive coating for reinforcement rods etc.
 
 
ADVANTAGES:

COVERAGE:
- Approximately 0.150 kg/m²/coat depending on application
 - For heavy mechanical exposure 2 coats of AT-EPOZINC is recommended
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Substrate should be prepared by sand blasting or wire brushing or other suitable means.
 
 
- MIXING:
- Mix Comp. A & Comp. B in the recommended mixing ratio, by mechanical means.
 
 
- APPLICATION:
- AT-EPOZINC can be applied with brush, roller and lamb skin roller.

PACKAGING & STORAGE:
- AT-EPOZINC is available in the following pack:
- Component A = 600 g in container
 - Component B = 400 g in container
 
 - Shelf life is 12 months in sealed containers as provided
 - Protect AT-EPOZINC from cold, moisture, away from frost or direct sunlight
 - Keep containers sealed and away from heat and cold in a well ventilated area

- This product is safe for use as it is totally non air-pollutant.
 - Follow standard safety measures at the time of its use.
 - Protect hands with rubber gloves and eyes with goggles.
 - Accidental splashes to the skin or eyes must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
 - Store in well-labeled containers.
